Sharon Kilada is a seasoned claims manager with over twenty years of experience in multi-line claims management. They have held various roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and other organizations, focusing on leading operations, managing large teams, and driving regulatory compliance and quality assurance programs. Sharon has previously served as a Claims Supervisor and Claims Team Manager, where they implemented proactive claims handling strategies that achieved significant success in arbitration. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Mount Saint Mary College.
