Sheila Coppinger

Sheila Coppinger has extensive experience in risk engineering, specializing in general liability, excess casualty, and cultural properties. Coppinger served as Vice President and Loss Control Practice Leader at Chubb, where they developed service programs for major clients such as Tiffany and Co. and the American Museum of Natural History. From 2000 to 2022, Coppinger worked as an AVP Loss Control & Risk Engineer, guiding global clients in risk management and operational best practices. They also chaired the NFPA’s technical committee for Cultural Resources and were involved with the Alliance for Response New York to strengthen the city's cultural heritage preservation efforts. Coppinger holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Chemistry from St. John's University.
