Stephen de Gruchy

Stephen de Gruchy is currently the State Manager for Western Australia at Chubb, where they oversee both the Global and Independent Broker teams. They began their career with Chubb Insurance in 1997 and have held various managerial roles, including Melbourne Manager and Perth Manager, where they contributed to brand development and executive strategy. Stephen holds an MBA in Business from Deakin University and is a Fellow of ANZIIF, further enhancing their expertise in the insurance industry.
