Stephen Donham, CIH, CSP, serves as the Director of Business Development at Chubb since July 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen was the R & T HSE Lead at Albemarle Corporation from August 2023 to July 2025 and held various positions at Chubb from September 2014 to August 2023, including Principal Consultant and Account Director. Stephen's experience also encompasses serving as the Regional Health and Safety Leader for Honeywell, managing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental consulting for the Bureau Veritas Group, and leading projects at Becker Engineering and Environmental Measurements Corporation. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Public Health with a focus on Industrial Hygiene from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
