Tom B. is an experienced Underwriter currently serving as the AVP, Underwriting Manager for Global Services at Chubb. With a demonstrated history in the insurance industry, Tom has developed skills in Property & Casualty Insurance, Excess & Surplus Lines, and Risk Management. Tom holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a Minor in Sociology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Tom has also completed coursework for five insurance designations from The Institutes and is licensed as an individual producer for surplus lines.
