Tom Bailey

Tom Bailey is a highly motivated Accident and Health specialist currently serving as the AVP Deputy Segment Leader at Chubb. With extensive experience in the U.S. and U.K. insurance markets, Tom has held roles including AVP, Head of Product Development at Chubb and Senior Underwriter at AXA Partners. Tom began their career at ROCK Insurance Group as an Underwriting Assistant and later worked as an Internal Compliance Officer and Customer Sales and Service Representative. Tom is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Chicago and holds a diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
