Tracy McCollum, CPCU, AIC, has extensive experience in the insurance and entertainment industries, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Entertainment Team Leader at Chubb since August 2024. Prior to this role, Tracy was a Manager of Production Risk Management for HBO and HBO Max from April 2022 to August 2024, and held managerial positions at ProSight Specialty Insurance, where Tracy focused on entertainment program underwriting. Earlier experience includes roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty as an Entertainment Underwriter and as Vice President of Production Administration at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, with responsibilities that included underwriting films with significant budgets. Tracy holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation and a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film from The University of Texas at Austin, and is currently pursuing an Associate in Risk Management designation.
