Wei Jee Shem

Wei Jee Shem is the Head of Human Resources at Chubb and brings 19 years of experience in Human Resource Management, including leadership roles across Southeast Asia. They previously held positions at AIA, managing resourcing and talent acquisition, as well as at Sime Darby Global Services Centre, where they led HR operations and developed strategic HR initiatives. Wei Jee earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia and an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Their expertise includes HRIS implementation, recruitment strategy, and managing HR functions in highly regulated and competitive environments.
