Whitney S. Blocker

Whitney S. Blocker graduated from Texas Christian University in 2004 and has accumulated extensive experience in energy-related underwriting. Whitney began their career as an Associate Underwriter at Fairmont Specialty Group from 2007 to 2009, then progressed to Vice President of Onshore Energy at Navigators Management Company until 2019. Whitney continued to enhance their expertise as a Senior Underwriter at Starr Insurance Companies from 2019 to 2021, followed by a role as Senior Regional Production Specialist at AIG until 2023. Currently, Whitney serves as VP Underwriting for Energy Property at Chubb.
