Wouter Wissink

Wouter Wissink has extensive experience in risk management and engineering, beginning a career as a loss control engineer at HDI-Gerling Verzekeringen N.V. from 1990 to 1993. After a long tenure at Chubb Insurance Company of Europe, where Wouter served as loss control manager for Northern Europe and specialized in insurable infotech and cyber risks, a transition was made to Chubb in 2020 as a Senior Principal Risk Engineer Cyber and PI tech EMEA. Currently, Wouter holds the position of Head of Specialty Engineering at Chubb Overseas General. Additionally, Wouter operated as an owner and consultant for RM@W, providing expertise in project risk management and cybersecurity evaluations. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Risk Management from Universiteit Twente and various certifications in information security and cybersecurity from the British Standardization Institute and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
