Xiaohua Chen

Xiaohua Chen has extensive experience in risk management and actuarial science, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management for the EMEA region at Chubb since 2010, where previously held the position of Senior Capital Manager. Prior to this, Xiaohua worked at Lloyd's of London as an Actuary from 2009 to 2010 and was a Consultant at Deloitte UK from 2006 to 2009. Xiaohua holds a PhD in Information Engineering from the University of Oxford, earned between 2002 and 2005.
