Jay Nathan

Jay Nathan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various technology-focused companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Strategic Advisor at Churnkey, Nathan also holds the position of Executive Member at Pavilion and Head of Growth at Mayple. Previously, Nathan was EVP & CCO of Higher Logic Vanilla, responsible for day-to-day operations of the acquired business, and co-founder of Gain Grow Retain, a community for Customer Success leaders. Nathan founded Customer Imperative, which emphasizes customer-centric revenue growth strategies, and has held significant roles in various organizations, including RainFocus and JMI Equity. Nathan's career began after earning a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
