Casey Anderson has a diverse work experience that includes roles in business development, operations management, project management, and design engineering.

From May 2022 to the present, Casey has been working at ChurnZero, a subscription business company. In the role of Business Development, Casey helps businesses fight customer churn and improve their post-sale teams' effectiveness. This involves gaining real-time customer insights, assessing customer health and renewal likelihood, and using actionable customer data to personalize the customer experience.

Prior to joining ChurnZero, Casey worked at Illinois Valley Clean Team, Inc. as the Director of Operations from December 2009 to January 2023. Here, Casey successfully built and developed the company's sales pipeline, achieving over $800K in annual sales. They also oversaw a staff of 18 employees and ensured the satisfaction of over 300 residential and commercial clients per month.
