Heather Philbin

Heather Philbin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Heather has recently joined ChurnZero as a Senior Director, Communications and Brand. Prior to that, they were running their own photography business, Heather Philbin Photography, specializing in casual and candid portraits of families and kids in Northern Virginia.

Before starting their photography business, Heather worked at Bechtel Corporation as a Global Marketing Communications Manager for almost nine years. During their time there, they held various responsibilities related to marketing and communications.

Prior to Bechtel Corporation, Heather worked as a Director of Dealer Marketing at CARFAX and as a Vice President of Marketing at Vocus. Heather was also associated with Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they served as a Vice President of Marketing / Executive Director of Marketing Communications and played a significant role in successfully integrating Cybertrust within Verizon Business.

Earlier in their career, Heather worked as a Principal Brand Manager at CGI (formerly American Management Systems) and as an Editorial Director at Carter Cosgrove and Company.

Overall, Heather Philbin has a strong background in marketing, communications, and brand management, along with experience in photography.

Heather Philbin completed their education in a chronological order. Heather obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Salve Regina University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English from the University of Rhode Island between the years 1991 and 1993.

In 2015 and 2016, Heather engaged in coursework in the field of Psychology at Divine Mercy University. Alongside their educational journey, they also obtained a certification in Reputation Management from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in 2017.
