Jed Smallwood

Jed Smallwood has a significant amount of experience in the software engineering field. Jed started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at CA in 2002 and worked there until 2009. During their time at CA, they also held the position of Software Architect from 2009 to 2010.

From 2010 to 2012, Jed worked at iContact as a Technical Team Lead before moving on to Vocus in 2012, where they held the role of Sr. Software Engineer until 2014. Jed then worked at OutMarket (now a part of iContact) as a Team Lead from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Jed returned to iContact as the Manager of Software Engineering and worked there until 2016. Jed then joined ChurnZero in 2016 as a Senior Architect, and in January 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Platform Engineering, where they currently work.

Jed Smallwood graduated from North Carolina State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
