Joy Bennett is a seasoned Customer Success Leader with extensive experience in client management and reputation strategy. They began their career at Oklahoma Magazine as an Office/Advertising Assistant from 2009 to 2010, and later held various roles at ConsumerAffairs from 2021 to 2025, culminating as the Director of Client Success. Joy also worked at Idea Ranch as an Account Executive from 2011 to 2014, focusing on strategic planning for clients in the Oil and Gas and Financial industries. They are currently a member of the Customer Success Collective and serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise at ChurnZero. Joy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Oral Roberts University.
