Mark Heys

CTO at ChurnZero

Mark Heys is the current CTO at ChurnZero. Prior to this, they served as CTO at Vocus, where they were responsible for establishing operational structure and processes, recruiting and developing technical teams, and designing technology strategy. Mark also served as Development Manager at T4G Limited and Chief Technology Officer at OutMarket.

Mark has been instrumental in expanding and strengthening infrastructure at various companies, achieving average up-time of 99.99% in initial five years and 100% in 2013. Mark also directed the one-year integration of iContact, delivering $40M revenue in three years.

They are on a team with Heather Wiley - Chief People Officer, Jason Moore - VP, Sales, and Abby Hammer - CPO. Mark Heys reports to You Mon Tsang, CEO.
