Michael Kipp

Michael Kipp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Michael started their career as a Systems Engineer at Precient International from 1998 to 2000. Michael then joined Vocus in 2001, where they worked in various positions including Support Services, System Engineer, and Senior System Engineer - Site Operations. At Vocus, they were responsible for maintaining uptime and customer service, as well as leading projects. In 2014, they worked as a Principal System Engineer at OutMarket. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Cloud Services Practice Lead and Senior Solutions Architect at Clearpath Solutions Group. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they held the positions of Enterprise Architect and Vice President of Technical Operations at Tracx. Currently, they are working at ChurnZero as the Director of Technology Operations since December 2018 and also serves as a Technical Advisor since June 2017.

Michael Kipp attended Fanshawe College from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Television Broadcasting. In addition to their college education, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. In June 2009, they earned the MCITP-EA certification from Microsoft. In July 2012, they obtained the MCITP-DBA certification, also from Microsoft. In February 2014, they received the EMC Proven Professional certification from EMC. Lastly, in March 2015, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
