Daniel Damian is currently the Responsable du système d'information at CHUV, Lausanne university hospital, a position held since 2013. Previously, Daniel served as the Software Development Manager at BioWisdom Ltd and worked as the UK Head of Information Sciences at Instem from 2011 to 2013. Earlier roles included Software Developer and Senior Software Developer at LION Bioscience. Daniel earned a PhD in Computer Science from BRICS Int'l Ph.D. School, University of Aarhus, and a BSc in Computer Science from Universitatea din Craiova.
