Gilbert Greub

Prof. Gilbert Greub is a full professor at the University of Lausanne and serves as Chef de Service and head of medical microbiology at the University Hospital of Lausanne. They direct the Institute of Microbiology and lead the Center for Research on Intracellular Bacteria, primarily focusing on chlamydia-related bacteria. Greub has a medical degree from the University of Geneva, an MD from the University of Lausanne, and a PhD from the University of Aix-Marseille. They have received several prestigious awards for their research and serve as an associate editor for three journals. Recently, Greub founded JeuPRO, which distributes educational games related to microbiology.
