Lukas Anschuetz

Lukas Anschuetz is the Head of Otology and Neurotology at the Department of ORL, Head and Neck Surgery at CHUV Lausanne University Hospital. They hold positions as an Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at both Universität Bern and the University of Lausanne, alongside a role as a Principal Investigator at The Sense. Lukas was trained in Fribourg and Bern, Switzerland, and completed a fellowship in Modena, Italy, where they developed a passion for endoscopic ear and lateral skull base surgery. Their research interests include endoscopic middle ear anatomy, technical advancements in surgical procedures, and the enhancement of teaching methodologies, as well as investigations into advanced imaging techniques related to the hearing system.
