Olivier Gaide

Olivier Gaide is a physician with a Board Certification in Dermatology and Venereology and a PhD in Molecular Biology. They serve as the Head of the Center of Excellence for skin cancer and melanoma at CHUV - Lausanne University Hospital, where their team focuses on advanced patient care and research, particularly on the effects of 5G radio waves and ultra-high dose rate radiotherapy on skin conditions. Olivier's extensive teaching and editorial roles include being a section editor for notable dermatology journals and, as of 2025, the president of the Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology. Prior to their current positions, Olivier held various roles in prestigious institutions, including visiting scientist at Brigham and Women's Hospital and leading research initiatives at the University of Geneva.
