Chris Bauer

Chris Bauer has over 20 years of experience in architecture and design, currently serving as Principal/Senior Partner in the Mixed-Use & Multi-Family Practice at Ci Design, Inc. since February 2008. In this role, Chris is responsible for conceptualizing and master-planning various projects, including residential, retail, and hospitality developments, and overseeing business development and client management. Chris's project portfolio features both domestic and international work, including notable projects such as the North Hills Main District in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Aura Chapel Hill. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Coordinator/Design Manager at Carter & Burgess, Associate at Development Design Group, Inc., and Designer at RTKL, with a strong focus on mixed-use and hospitality sectors throughout the career.
