Steve has expertise in budget management, establishing best practices, and leading multi-discipline project teams. Steve also has experience as a director in strategic design services and as an industrial engineering manager. With a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville, Steve has built a successful consulting career with their own company, Kelly Consulting, LLC.
