Patricia Risch

Patricia Risch, M.Ed., MCC, is the founder of Coaching for Sustainable Change, where they support clients in achieving well-being and personal growth through a holistic, integrative approach. With over 21 years of experience in international educational settings across seven countries, Patricia has worked on a wide range of issues, including cross-cultural transitions and life purpose. They hold advanced coaching credentials from inviteCHANGE, Newfield Network, and the Wholebeing Institute, and are dedicated to integrating modern neuroscience and positive psychology into their coaching practice. Additionally, Patricia has served as an Upper School Counselor at Zurich International School from 2013 to 2017 and continues to work as an Executive Coach with CI International, Inc.
