CIAF LEASING launched on June 16, 2009 at the Paris Air Show. The Company is a joint venture that was initially established between various Egyptian “state owned” Shareholders and Aviation Capital Group Corp (“ACG”). CIAF is an Egyptian Joint – Stock company inaugurated under the provision of Egyptian Law No. 8 for year 1997. The Company has two principal Lines of Business (“LOB”);

Operating and financial leasing of narrow-bodies aircraft; the core business; and
Financial leasing of smaller ticket aviation-related equipment and other assets.
Recently Ciaf added another two lines of business:

Regular and irregular domestic and international Air operation (act as airline)
Medical services (for its subsidiary Ciaf Consulting) for all Ministry of aviation personnel
Since inception, CIAF has been conducting the majority of its aircraft investments through industrial tailored jurisdictions, and has established for this sake two special purpose companies in Ireland.

CIAF is still young in operation and in enthusiasm; we are building ourselves to be a successful aircraft lessor and a full – servicing leasing platform for narrow body aircraft, and to be one of the best airlines in Africa and Middle East.
