Stanley Chia

Stanley Chia is the Co-Founder and COO of Cialfo, an education consultancy that helps students apply to their best fit colleges around the world. Stanley has over 6 years of experience in the education industry, having previously served as the Founder and Managing Director of Envisage Education, and as the President of Enactus NTU.

Stanley founded Cialfo in 2012 with the goal of helping students find their best fit colleges around the world. The company has since grown from helping ~20 students per year to over 200 students per year. In September 2017, Cialfo was acquired by A-Star Education, a PE firm owned by Verlinvest, and was rebranded to CollegeWise Asia.

Under Stanley's leadership, Cialfo has been recognized as one of the top 50 Edtech companies in 2020 by HolonIQ, and has won the Education Investor Award for edtech provider of the year in 2018. The company has also been featured in Forbes, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, Edsurge, VentureBeat, Straits Times, VulcanPost, TechinAsia, and over 100 other publications globally.

Stanley Chia has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Stanley also has a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Stanley is currently a mentor in the NBS GROW Mentoring Programme and is taking courses on LinkedIn in Strategic Thinking, The Secret to Better Decisions: Stop Hoarding Chips, Creating a Culture That Inspires Your Employees, and Managing for Results.
