John Picard

John Picard is an experienced project manager with a robust background in the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CIANBRO since December 2019, John oversees construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to contract requirements while managing field crews and subcontractors. Prior to this role, John was the President of JCP Energy from February 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included project management, consulting, and business development. Additionally, John served as Vice President at Bluewater Energy, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2012, focusing on project management and marketing strategy development. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Power Engineering Operations and Management with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy, earned between 1988 and 1992.
