Hector Ibarra

Hector Ibarra has extensive experience in the fields of IT, communications, and education. Since February 2013, Hector Ibarra has served as the IT and Communications Manager at CIATEJ (Centro de Investigación y Asistencia en Tecnología y Diseño del Estado de Jalisco). Additionally, Hector Ibarra has been a university-level teacher since September 2007, specializing in Science, Electronics and Communications, and Mechatronics Engineering at Universidad del Valle de México. Prior to these roles, Hector Ibarra was the Network Operations Monitoring Center Manager and Internet Network Operations Center (INOC) Manager at AXTEL from August 2006 to December 2012. Hector Ibarra holds a Master's degree in Engineering in Productivity and Quality Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
