Amy DeMelo, CHRL, is currently the Director of Workplace Accommodation & Ergonomics. Amy has held the role of Program Manager in the same field at CIBC from 2016 to 2022 and previously served as Director of Workplace Accommodation & Ergonomics from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Amy has experience as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant and an Employee Relations Consultant. Currently, Amy is pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources Management at George Brown College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Western University.
