Andrei Minchenko

Andrei Minchenko has extensive experience in academia and the financial sector, currently serving as a Director at CIBC since May 2018, previously holding positions as an Associate and Risk Modelling Researcher within the same organization. Prior to this, Andrei worked as a Researcher at the University of Vienna and completed postdoctoral research at both the Weizmann Institute of Science and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, Andrei served as an Assistant Professor and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Western Ontario, and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Cornell University. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Statistics from Western University and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
