Bailey Cotter

Bailey Cotter, MIRHR, currently serves as Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives at CIBC since September 2019, with a robust background in various leadership roles including Director of Talent Strategies, Director of Employee Experience Design, Director of Process Transformation, and Senior Consultant in HR Enablement. Prior to CIBC, Bailey Cotter accumulated significant experience at National Tire Distributors from January 2015 to August 2019, holding positions such as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator.
