Bernard

Bernard Ma has a diverse background in process management, technology leadership, and software engineering, with significant experience at CIBC from June 2016 to July 2019 in roles such as Senior Manager of Enterprise Process Management and Director of Credit Process Challenge and Effectiveness within Risk Management. Prior to that, Bernard worked at CGI and BMC Software, gaining expertise as a Consultant and Software Engineer respectively. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
