Bindu Dhaliwal is a legal and regulatory professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Bindu served as a Clerk at the Ontario Court of Appeal and held various roles at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, BMO Financial Group, and CIBC, ultimately becoming a Vice President for ESG. From 2017 to 2021, Bindu contributed as a Guest Lecturer in the Graduate Program in CSR & Sustainability at the University of Toronto. Currently, Bindu is a Board Member at the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board.
