Bruce Rutherford is a retired professional who served as the Director and Team Leader for CIBC, overseeing operations in New Brunswick, PEI, and Northern Nova Scotia for over a decade. With more than 25 years of experience in finance and banking, Bruce excelled in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, believing that synergy and efficiency drive success. Prior to CIBC, Bruce held leadership roles at GE Capital and HSBC, demonstrating expertise in negotiation, business planning, and commercial lending.
