Charisma S. is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application services and enterprise security. Currently serving as Director of Technology Architecture at CIBC since October 2014, Charisma leads initiatives focusing on Enterprise Security Application and Authentication Transformation, as well as the evolution of digital banking through the next generation of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). Previous roles include Senior Manager for Enterprise Integration & Security and Advisory Application Developer at CIBC, as well as a Systems Engineer at Capital One and a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys. Charisma holds an Executive Education degree from the Yale School of Management's Women's Leadership Program and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
