David Black is currently the Market Vice President of Liquidity at CIBC, where they have been since 2014. Previously, they held several positions at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets from 2004 to 2007, including Associate roles in Loan Portfolio Management, Institutional Fixed Income Sales, and Institutional Money Market Sales. Prior to that, David worked at Scotiabank as an Investment Manager and Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking from 1997 to 1999.
