DeAndrew Miller, MBA, is a seasoned Learning & Development professional with over 12 years of experience in designing and delivering learning programs across corporate and academic settings. Currently, DeAndrew serves as a Senior Learning Specialist at CIBC, where they manage the Inclusive Leadership training program and facilitate leadership development sessions. DeAndrew has also been a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Simon Fraser University and has taught various business courses at multiple institutions, consistently receiving high evaluations for teaching effectiveness. With international experience in Jamaica, Japan, and Canada, DeAndrew possesses excellent communication and cultural awareness skills.
