Gregory Huboux is currently the Director of Real Estate Secure Lending Optimization at CIBC. They have extensive experience at CIBC, beginning as a Learning Designer from 1999 to 2001, where they developed training programs for management and call center staff. Between 2015 and 2017, Gregory held several senior roles, including Director of Strategic Initiatives, Senior Manager of Process Change, and Process Engineering Specialist, focusing on business solutions and quality assurance. Gregory earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.
