Gurpreet Thathgur

Gurpreet (Grace) Thathgur, CSM, PMP, and CPA, is currently a Senior Director in Internal Audit at CIBC, where they lead audit teams on complex audits and foster partnerships with portfolio executives. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Program and Project Delivery Services at Manulife, managing transformation programs across North America, and revitalizing the Agile transformation initiative. At CIBC, Gurpreet significantly improved PMO processes and provided strategic consulting as a Director in the Project Management Office. They also hold a Chartered Professional Accountant designation in Accounting and Finance from the Certified General Accountants Association.
