Heather Anderson is an accomplished marketing and brand management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across major Canadian companies. Currently serving as the Director of Purpose & Storytelling at CIBC since October 2015, Heather has spearheaded the development of CIBC’s storytelling strategy and played a pivotal role in launching the organization’s purpose and change management program, significantly enhancing employee engagement. Prior to CIBC, Heather held various leadership positions at Rogers Communications, where strategic projects and integrated advertising campaigns under Heather's management achieved industry-leading performance. Heather's career began at Harlequin, where Heather managed significant publishing brands and improved customer insights. Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
