Jasdeep Chattha is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in product management, customer service, and business development. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Manager at CIBC since July 2019, Jasdeep leads investigations into partner escalations and implements effective solutions while educating branch partners to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Jasdeep worked as an Office Manager at PhysioChiroWellness Health Centre, where patient satisfaction was improved through effective communication and timely complaint resolution.
