Jeff Conlin

Jeff Conlin, P.Eng, serves as the President of INTRIA and Vice President of Retail Payment Services at CIBC, where they lead a client-focused team managing a $200MM operational unit. Jeff joined CIBC in 2004, initially contributing to process efficiencies in Retail Markets before advancing through roles in Internal Audit and Global Operations. They have extensive experience in managing strategy and services across various banking sectors. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University and is currently enrolled in the Financial Services Leadership Program at the Schulich School of Business. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing hockey and spending time at their cottage on Georgian Bay with their family.
