Jen Ford, MLIS, CDMP, DCAM, is currently the Enterprise Data and Records Management Director at CIBC, a position held since 2023. They previously served as AVP & Records Management Officer at CIBC Mellon and have extensive experience in data and records management, holding roles such as Communications and Online Content Director for the Toronto Board of Directors at DAMA and President of the Toronto Chapter at ARMA International.
