Jodi Rose

Jodi Rose, PMP, has extensive experience in leadership roles at CIBC since 2007, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Transformation and Operational Excellence in Administration. In this capacity, Jodi is responsible for creating an employee engagement model that enhances the experience across diverse roles within the organization. Previously, Jodi led the People, Culture & Brand PMO, managing a significant project portfolio with an annual budget exceeding $250M and overseeing a 25-person team. Earlier roles include Director of HR, Compensation & Benefits, where Jodi managed critical HR programs for over 35,000 employees globally, and Director of Integrated Service Delivery at Prinova Technologies Inc. Jodi began a career in project management at CIBC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University.
