John-Charles Hesser

John-Charles Hesser is a seasoned risk management and banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. They served as Managing Director at CIBC from 2018 to 2022, where they held various positions including Senior Program Manager for Risk Appetite and Director of ESG Risk Management. Prior to that, they worked at BearingPoint as a Manager from 2007 to 2016 and were CFO at 004 GmbH from 2003 to 2007. John-Charles began their career at ABN Amro Bank NV as an Assistant Vice President from 1997 to 2003. They hold an MBA in Finance from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MS in Finance & Accounting from Goethe Business School.
