John Chen

John Chen is a solutions and process-driven IT professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience. Currently, they serve as a Consultant for Production Application Support (AO-CPCT) at CIBC, having previously held multiple roles in their Production Application Support team. John also worked as a Production Support Consultant at Citi from 2018 to 2021 and was a Senior Application Support Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in 2017.
