John Motha

John Motha is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in loan processing and banking operations. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Processor at CIBC since March 2022, John has previously held positions as a Business Partner at Party Express, where John worked from August 2014 to April 2021, and as an Operations Officer at TD for a brief period in 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Standard Chartered Bank from June 2001 to September 2004, where John worked as a Banking Assistant in Treasury Operations and as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Credit Risk within Wholesale Banking. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Management and Marketing from Edith Cowan University, completed between 2005 and 2009, and has a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from Tata infortech, earned from 2002 to 2004. Early education was completed at St. Peter's College Colombo from 1991 to 1999.
