Joni Lesko

Joni Lesko, CFA, is currently the Director of Strategy and Operating Model at CIBC, a position held since 2022. Before joining CIBC, Joni worked at Investor Economics as a Consultant/AVP from 2014 to 2022, where they focused on wealth business strategies and built relationships with industry leaders. Joni also served as a Senior Pricing Specialist at State Street from 2011 to 2014. They earned a BBA in Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completing their studies in 2010.
