Joyce Zhang

Joyce Zhang is currently the Director of AI Enablement at CIBC, where they focus on enterprise AI platforms and solutions. They previously held positions as a Senior Manager at EY, where they contributed to advanced analytics and digital audit innovations, and as a Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company, leading financial reporting for a substantial insurance portfolio. Joyce has also served as a Product Manager and Data Scientist at Besurance Corporation, driving the development of AI-powered digital products. They hold a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Simon Fraser University, in addition to further studies in Data Science at Northwestern University.
